• Planning for variability to intentionally design for inclusion

• Developing products, processes and resources that engage and empower people to take ownership of their learning

• Eliminating friction to ensure documents, websites, courses and interactive products are accessible and usable

• Supporting the development of expert learners in schools and workspaces

• Bringing the "hidden" aspects of learning - executive functions, self-regulation, self-reflection and metacognition - into worksplace learning., to help empower people to succeed.
